PALS, LLC specializes in assisting businesses develop a quality assurance system that can meet ISO 9000:2000, ISO14001, and the OHSAS18001 standard requirements.

We advise our clients to think of ISO 9000, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 as a framework on which to build their quality management system that will be recognized world wide, while remaining customized to their business operations. Services include a BASELINE ASSESSMENT of the customer's quality system, which establishes a game plan of activities with the time frame needed to achieve certification in a timely fashion. PALS, LLC assists with the necessary documentation development such as a Quality Assurance Manual, Quality Procedures, Work Instructions, Quality Forms, Process Flow Charts and Quality Plans. On-site consultation service is based on each clients specific needs, and can be provided so our clients personnel are free to perform other critical day to day tasks. PALS consultant(s) will continually work with our clients personnel to ensure confidence and comfort of ownership during the certification audit.
  • OUTLINE OF ISO CONSULTING DELIVERABLES
    The following list of items, documents and/or activities are typically included as services for a business needing ISO certification support/assistance, and can be provided by PALS, LLC in whole or in part. These items are typically needed to satisfy the CERTIFICATION AUDIT, which would be conducted by a third party (selected by the CLIENT) and assisted by PALS.

    1. Develop Schedule, Activity Matrix and Game Plan for certification progress.
    2. Develop and issue the following documentation:
      • Quality Policy Statement
      • Quality Assurance Manual to appropriate ISO Standard
      • Review and revise existing procedures where necessary
      • Additional procedures
      • Work Instructions
      • Quality Forms to assist with implementation uniformity
      • Checklists to ensure Internal Auditing success
      • Process Flow Charts (Process Mapping)
      • Position Guides with various Managers
      • Submit monthly progress reports to executive management
      • Miscellaneous Reports
    3. Develop filing system for Quality Records as
      required by ISO
      • Training program development
      • Training data base development based on your specific training needs that makes training easy to monitor and track.
      • Assist with computer data formulation
    4. Conduct in-house training for (Note: Certificates
      issued at completion of all training programs)
      • Basic Orientation to ISO 9000 for all
        employees
      • Internal Auditor (competency based) Training for selected company personnel
      • Quality Manager/Coordinator (responsibility
        and accountability based) Coaching
    5. On-site implementation support (acting as
      company team member)
      • Conduct Internal Audits in company with selected personnel of various departments to transfer knowledge and skills.
      • Conduct pre-certification audit assessment to ensure readiness for certification.
      • Assist with supplier/vendor assessments and new supplier selection.
      • Act as liaison with certification body on behalf of the client.
      • Be present on-site during certification audit period to aid success.
      • Complete any outstanding audit findings to speed up formal certificate issuance.
